The Challenge
People reach a psychiatric practice at vulnerable moments, often deciding within seconds whether they trust it enough to act. Breakthru's previous site worked against that decision: a dated brand, a stock photo with text that was hard to read, a nine-item menu that exposed every treatment at once, and copy that spoke in clinical terms rather than to the person on the other side of the screen. The care was excellent. The first impression was not.

Navigation & IA Nine flat top-level links with individual treatments exposed, creating decision overload. Five grouped menus with dropdowns. Clear, scalable, and far easier to scan.

Restructured the architecture

Nine scattered links became five intuitive menus, with treatments grouped logically and a new path built for referring providers.

Optimized titles, headings, and content paired with a fast, crawlable technical foundation so the new site is built to be found.
